Patrick studied Fine Art during the 80s at the Byam Shaw School of Art, Kensington having previously completed an Art & Design foundation course at Sir John Cass School of Art,  London. After leaving  Byam Shaw he taught Life Drawing.  He  mostly works in oil, acrylic, charcoal and graphite and currently teaches drawing and painting to adults.
